About Us

SpringWell360 was founded by Dr. Nadine Spring, PhD, who witnessed firsthand the consequences of underrepresentation in clinical trials—a critical issue affecting health outcomes for marginalized communities. Despite comprising nearly 40% of the U.S. population, people of color account for less than 20% of clinical trial participants, with Black Americans representing only 5% and Hispanic/Latino populations just 1% in FDA drug trials. This lack of diversity creates significant gaps in medical knowledge and leads to treatments that fail to address the unique needs of diverse populations.

At SpringWell360, we are committed to advancing health equity, research justice, and optimal wellness for underserved communities. Our team of experts works to bridge healthcare disparities by advocating for increased diversity in clinical trials, fostering inclusivity in medical studies, and providing training and education to ensure research is truly representative of the communities it seeks to serve.

Through our dedication to championing diversity and representation, we aim to contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the biological, environmental, and social determinants of health across all demographics. By driving innovative approaches and research advocacy, we are paving the way for a more equitable healthcare system—one where everyone has access to high-quality care and medical advancements that reflect the needs of all communities.
"Of all the forms of inequality, injustice in health is the most shocking and inhuman."
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
