About the Role
Position: Leadership Team Member (Volunteer Role)
Location: Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas (hybrid: in-person events + virtual meetings)
Commitment: Part-time volunteer (flexible hours with event-based duties). Approximately 8 hours per month. Some months could be more and others will be less.
About the Role:
We’re building the Leadership Team for our She Wins Atlanta Chapter — and we’re looking for dynamic business owners and entrepreneurs who are ready to grow their own businesses while helping lead and shape this thriving community!
As a Leadership Team Member, you’ll:
• Help plan, organize, and host She Wins Atlanta chapter events (networking mixers, workshops, panels, etc.)
• Build relationships with chapter members and foster a supportive, collaborative environment
• Promote She Wins events and initiatives through your network and social media
• Advertise and showcase your own business at chapter events and meetings
• Bring fresh ideas to the table to elevate our local presence and impact
• Represent She Wins Atlanta at community and partner events

Requirements
Women business owners or entrepreneurs based in or near Atlanta
Passionate about empowering other women and giving back to the community
Excellent communicators and natural networkers
Reliable, proactive, and committed to attending chapter events (approximately 1–2 per month)
Social media savvy (a plus but not required)
